II. Installation Steps
1. Fix the Starting Strip
Place the starting strip horizontally at the bottom of the frame. Use self-tapping screws to reinforce the front and rear ends to ensure a seamless fit with the frame.
2. Install the First Section of the Great Wall Panel
Place the first panel flat and overlap it onto the starting strip. Secure the connection points at both ends with screws.
Apply structural glue evenly to the side grooves of the panel to enhance waterproof sealing.
3. Subsequent Assembly Process
Insert the second panel into the groove of the preceding panel and secure the connection points at both ends with screws to the frame.
Apply additional structural glue to the joint between the panels and strengthen the waterproof treatment in the areas with dense screw holes.
4. Edge Strip Processing
Cover the exposed sides and top with U-shaped grooves for glue application. Install the edge strip at the edges to complete the sealing.
